Feel good nutrition for lifting and for life

You've got training to fit in and a full life around it. I'll help you eat in a way that supports both, without living off bland meal prep or weighing every gram. I'm a message away on WhatsApp or Telegram, so you can ask me from the queue at lunch.

Where people get stuck

You probably know what to eat already

Food groups, enough protein, more vegetables. We'll go over all of that, but it's only where we start.

The harder part is fitting it to your schedule and to how you like to eat. A plan that ignores either one rarely survives the second week, so we build systems around your week instead, until the right choice is the easy one.

Then there's the noise. A lot of marketing gets dressed up as nutrition advice, with confident misinformation sitting next to it. Sorting what's true for you from what's being sold to you is a big part of the job.

And the goal is that you stop needing me. Everything gets explained as we go, so you understand why a change works rather than just doing as you're told.

What we'd cover
Built around your schedule and how you like to eat

Getting through the week

  • Back to back meetings, and lunch is whatever you can grab
  • Getting home late with nothing prepped and no appetite for cooking
  • A run of work events where you're eating out every night
  • Travel, long flights and hotel breakfasts

Cutting through the noise

  • Why the thing everyone online swears by isn't working for you
  • Whether the high protein snacks you keep buying are actually good for you
  • Which supplements are worth your money and which aren't
What it looks like

Support that doesn't take over your week

All of it runs through WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever you already have open. No new app to learn, no portal to log into, no forms to fill in. You answer the way you text anyone else.

Something small, daily

One quick action to keep you honest, sent straight to me on WhatsApp or Telegram: a photo of your meal, a log in an app, or a tick on a shared sheet. Whichever one you'll actually keep doing is the right one.

A back and forth, weekly

We go over how you tracked against the goal, what went well and what needs work, then agree the one or two things to work on next. It's quick by design, because you've got plenty else on.

A proper call, fortnightly

Enough time to work through how training's going, what's getting in the way, and what to change next.

A full review, monthly

A proper look at the whole picture, micronutrients included, not just what the scale is doing. Your long-term health matters more than the number, so this is where we check it's heading the right way.

In their words

People who train, with plenty else going on

Some are prepping for a meet. Most are fitting training around a job and everything else, and just want eating to stop being one more thing to manage.

Your coach

Hey, I'm Sophia

I'm an accredited sports nutritionist and I've been doing this since 2021. I know this nutrition stuff can be confusing and a little daunting, so I started Catalyst Nutrition to help you out.

I work with busy everyday people, recreational lifters, and competitive athletes representing Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Australia, several of whom hold national records. You don't need a competition on the calendar to train and eat like an athlete.
