Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 bananas (sliced and frozen is best)
  • 1 cup (480ml) unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter/almond butter/walnuts
  • 1 scoop vegan or non-vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful spinach

 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
