Ingredients (For 4)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 800g chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups broccoli
- 2-4 tbsp water to steam broccoli
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce + 2 tbsp water
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 400g chicken and fry until browned. Set chicken aside.
- Repeat for second batch of chicken.
- Add minced garlic and broccoli to the pan and fry for 2 min until fragrant. Add water to steam the broccoli. Continue cooking for 3 min or until broccoli is tender.
- Return cooked chicken to the pan. Add teriyaki sauce and water mixture. Stir to coat chicken and broccoli. Continue cooking for around 1 min until sauce is reduced.
