Energising Chia Pudding

Ingredients (For 3)

  • 8 tbsp. chia seeds 
  • 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened soy, almond, or low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (380g) fruit of choice 

 

Method

  1. Place the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup into a bowl/jar and mix/shake well to combine.
  2. Chill in the fridge overnight.
  3. Layer the chia pudding into 3 glasses and top with fruit.
