Ingredients (For 3)
- 8 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened soy, almond, or low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups (380g) fruit of choice
Method
- Place the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup into a bowl/jar and mix/shake well to combine.
- Chill in the fridge overnight.
- Layer the chia pudding into 3 glasses and top with fruit.
